Is 250 people too much for a wedding?

I have started putting together my guest list, and it totaled 250 people. This seems like a ton of people. How many people are you all inviting? Thinking I should pare back...

It depends entirely on what you are comfortable with as far as the cost per guest goes. Otherwise, invite as many or as few as you want

If I had to invite everyone that my family usually invites to events and weddings my list would be at 250 also without FH’s side but I wanted to keep it super small. It started at 80 and now it’s looking more like 110😬🙄I have one conversation with my dad and he gets me to add 30 ppl🤦🏻‍♀️Thanks dad😅

We invited 250, 152 have RSVPd and we are waiting on 27 others. Honestly, we are super happy with our turn out! Just be prepared to have all 250 come but I love big weddings. If you have the budget, I say go for it!

Not if you can afford it and your venue allows it! We invited 225, and so far have 110 yes and 65 no. We are waiting on around 60 people still, but we have a ton of out of state guests.
