Is anyone else's budget no longer working?

My estimated budget randomly jumped $4,000. Certain categories no longer have names, so I'm not sure exactly what they were originally for. I've tried deleting certain categories so that I could recreate them with names, but it won't let me delete anything. The numbers don't even add up when I click...

My estimated budget randomly jumped $4,000. Certain categories no longer have names, so I'm not sure exactly what they were originally for. I've tried deleting certain categories so that I could recreate them with names, but it won't let me delete anything. The numbers don't even add up when I click on a section. For example, there's a section that has $3,217 in it. When I click on it, the only item that appears is ceremony space for $1,250. That's not even the correct amount that I had entered for the ceremony rental fee. I'm so confused and frustrated!

    Hi All,


    I am having the same budget issue! I have lost all names to the categories and abilities to change the amount. I have tried on my phone, computer at home and work computer.


    Any update on how to or when this will be fixed would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Racheal! You'll need to log-in to your WeddingWire account through a desktop web browser to access the full versions of the planning tools! There you can edit and delete expenses!

    Hi, I am attempting to update my budget and neither the Categories will display, and if I attempt to edit any field I am receiving a blank/$0 line item that I cannot edit

    My budget keeps changing and some of the items were duplicated. I'm getting frustrated because this is my 4th time re-entering everything. I've contacted support and was told I am the only one capable of changing my budget and there's nothing wedding wire can do about it. I see other girls are having the same problems to do I know it's not me. Wedding wire seems pretty unreliable and I'm starting to think it might be best changing to a different site.

    My budget is also not working. It shows the accurate amount I have paid but the pending payment amount is incorrect.

    I also think there should be a different calculation for final cost. I'd like to see it add what I've paid, pending payments, and the categories I have still estimated. My final amount is way too low because it only takes into account what I've spent and pending payments which I've only added in for the vendors I've signed with and know what the final costs are.

    Our budget tool has not correctly added all of our purchases even though they are correctly entered into the system. Can someone help?
