Is anyone else's wedding ending at midnight? At what time is yours ending?

Our ceremony will start at 5;30 (half hour) and the reception will end at 11:00.

Our ceremony is starting at 3pm and we are planning to makw our exit around sunset. Our dj is prepared to stay until late and we have venue until next morning so who knows...

We thought it would be over at midnight. We danced til midnight. We drank til 130am. We left some people propping up the bar. I have been up since 330am and just wanted to go home

My ceremony is 6:30-7, cocktails from 7-8 and reception from 8-1am.

Our will probably go until midnight. We don't have to be out by a set time so who knows.

Midnight! My parents insisted on the extra hour for dancing, haha otherwise it would be 11.

We have to be out by 3am. Well probably be fine around 1-2ish. Love it because it's a Friday night wedding, so it's not starting til 6 anyway. We're going for a more party atmosphere, so it's perfect.

We have to be out by midnight. However, since we will be having to do all the cleanup, we really want things to wrap up/guests be gone around 10:00. We will be arranging an after party somewhere because I would rather have the extra time to make sure the venue is cleaned up and we get our deposit back than party until the last minute and forget something major. We also are having the wedding to begin at 2:00, so realistically I think guests will start to depart at 8:00ish which is fine with me because many guests are going to have to drive an hour and a half to the venue anyway.

I'm glad I seen this post! I thought I was the only one playing the "What is too late?" game... I have been playing with the "end" time of my wedding. I know my family and friends and I know they can go long - My wedding starts at 4:45. I keep playing w/ ending it at 11 or 12. Just can't decide. It did start at 5:45 but didn't want dinner to start too late.

Mine is till 1 and we are having an after party

Ours will be ! The majority of guests invited are young so were a bit of party animals even thinking of an after party.

My family weddings go one till gone 2 usually, don't know if FH's family can hack it

11:30pm to midnight as well.

We have ours till 1am and our planner is having strike down done by 1:30-2amish. She will be returning gifts and other personal items to my parents hotel room the night of so we can trust they will be safe when everything is settled and it's time to process we're actually married!

Ours was over at 1130. Our closest friends that stuck in with us til the end left when we did. We went to our hotel and stayed up talking until 2am.

We're doing brunch so we're out of there by 4pm. Plan is for some alone time with my new hubby then after party!!

Our will be ending around 10. We have to clean the hall and be out by 12.

Our reception is from 7-10pm. 10 pm is the latest, so everyone has to be out by then. We don't have any clean up. The venue provides that for us. We'll probably be exhausted by 10 pm, let alone, we have 2 kids to put to bed.
