No, it's never too late for that. Exhaust all the possibilities and if you can't...you just cant...

Since you may have deposits on things, set another date and see if your vendors will honor it.

Never too late, but sounds like u are overwhelmed. Take a step back and talk to FH and decide as a couple what you want.

Just say that you have decided to postpone it, in order for it to be all that you dreamed that it would be. And sit down with your FH and tell them that you need more help from him. My FH is not involved at all minus the DJ and the honeymoon, and while I am a massive planner, there have been times that I've had a break down from feeling overwhelmed. However, I've had a year this August to plan this out. I need to raise $1k more to fulfill my portion of the obligations, and it's been tough and probably will be up to the minute. But if you can't do it, and you can't rearrange it to be something smaller (and less expensive) but still nice, then postpone it, they will understand.

    Hope this helps...

Its NEVER too late. You can change your mind up until the final moment. Just explain that you are postponing. You don't have to give anyone too much information. But I would talk to your FH, BMs, and family and tell them you need them to step up so you can pull this off. You still have a month so it might be a realistic time frame to get things done. And be specific. Men need specific directions.

It's never too late. Is there someone that can help you? If you absolutely have to postpone, I would call guest directly and let them know what is going on.
