Is signature drink tasting a thing?

We had our signature drink tasting at the same time as our food tasting.

Yes they are a thing. My venue offers it at the same time as the food tasting. The bartender will mix up a few cocktails and we get to name them.

I wish it had been a thing for us! Sounds fun. We just picked a drink we already knew we liked.

Yea, FH usually makes my drinks. And he just pours a juice with whatever vodka is available. Neither of us are sure on what's popular, what tastes good together, what's higher quality versus cheaper liquor.

@heather, maybe we can do it then. Had a tasting already, but have to go back to taste the chicken dish after they tweak it.

Not sure what to test Matt, that's part of my problem. Was hoping the bartender can recommend a few, like someone posted here, and pick from there.

You can ask i'm sure they will do it for you. We just picked mixed drinks we knew we liked already.

My mom did this for her wedding. She had a color in mind that she wanted to drinks to be and the bartender made three drinks that ended up being that color and she choose one.

Thanks everyone. Going to a bar was my next idea. Will call the venue and ask if they'll make a few drinks for us to try.
