  Check out this website. Its free to make an account and to use it. You can create your space and add tables and chairs to it. It’s not too challenging to use either!

  I just asked my venue, and the event manager drew up a floorplan given the number of guests/tables. Not every venue is partners with allseated.

  Thank you all so much, I looked up All Seated and it looks like it will work for what I had in mind! I can't wait to use it more and design my Reception area.

  You can create a floor plan through wedding wire.

  I c/p’d the Floor plan into Word and added text boxes to place things where I wanted them. A lot of good that did though. DH didn’t 🖨 them. 😒🤦🏾‍♀️
