Is this fancy enough for a wedding dress??

I think it's cute! You could definitely jazz it up by adding jewelry and a veil. I'm not sure about a belt, assuming that you already have a stomach from the baby. But I think its fine!

I think "fancy" is overrated when it comes to wedding gowns.

Jewelry (if you want it) and a veil will elevate this look and you will look very bridal.

I do think it looks a bit casual, but I personally love minimalist wedding dresses and feel that adding a veil makes them look so much more bridal. Seriously, if you look at popular minimalist silhouettes (like BHLDN's Montreal dress for example) and compare photos of the dress paired with a veil vs on its own, the veil pulls the whole look together and makes a simple crepe dress look bridal and glam. Add a veil and some jewelry and it will be beautiful!
