What about calling local churches? see if you can rent out their shuttles for the night - make a nice donation to the church? Not sure if it would be any cheaper than chartering. Good luck! This sounds so fun, i hope you can work it out

We used a revamped one. He basically took a school bus and turned it into the “Kool Bus.” Everyone thought it was awesome and he was available for us our entire wedding day for $500, pretty awesome.

About 80% of our guests booked rooms at the hotel near our venue. We have a school bus to transport everyone back and forth from the venue and hotel all night long. The guests are all excited that they can drink as much as they want and have a good time without worrying about driving. For only $300 I would say that the bus was a great investment.
