Is your ceremony and reception at the same location?

OMG! My finger presses reply by mistake. We are going to do the justice of the peace. Then do a big reception for everyone.

I am not a fan of tables at ceremonies, so mine will be held in two separate locations. The ceremony is a bit trickier since I am not going the church route and most venues want you to do do both ceremony and reception as it is more expensive. All in one place was too expensive for us.

Same place different rooms

We are having our ceremony and reception in the same place. Ceremony on the terrace with the city as our backdrop and reception in the loft. Since we are a small group (up to 50) we can also accommodate the ceremony inside if it rains.

Two separate locations at the same facility. The wedding party is staying overnight on site; the rest of the guests are staying at hotels 20 min away. We will be providing buses for them

I am currently looking to do the ceremony and reception on the same venue, but separate locations. Depending on distance I may choose to stay nearby the night before.

Our ceremony and reception are in the same place and room we just flipping the room during our cocktail hour. Our cocktail our is in a different room that is adjoined.

Ceremony at one location and reception at a church. I'm not a fan of all the food and drink minimums for catering. I'll pay for what I get, thank you.

We are having are ceremony and reception at the same venue. The ceremony will take place in the back of the venue. It will be like an indoor but outdoor ceremony. Meaning they close the walls and make it indoor or open it and make it outdoors. So no problems if it rains.

Yes, both at same location

Ours are technically different locations, but right next to each other, so guests can walk to the reception space after the ceremony. There's a bar like a block away and we're planning to go there for an after party

Our ceremony will be at an outdoor overlook location that is a public park, so booking is extremely affordable. I will not be having a traditional reception, but having a cocktail and floating appetizer hour (but for 3 hours) after our ceremony. Base ground is the hotel we are staying at! Very close to everything!

The after party is at the idle hour. Not sure yet about the reception setup

Ours will be in the same location but different areas. The ceremony will be on the outside deck above a bison pasture, and the reception hall is right across from that!

I am hoping to have one venue for both the ceremony and reception. And looking for a place that has indoor and outdoor areas.

Different venues. We are having a big church wedding and then traveling to the reception hall at a country club.
