Issues with WeddingWire Guest List tool

I have had an issue with exporting guests, is that what you mean? Some of mine didn't make it to the final list so I am glad I checked or some wouldn't have gotten invitations!

Once you click on household a box will pop up, when you look at the bottom of the box it will give you an option to add individual people. I'm pretty sure the household name is just what's going to go on the envelope.

I just tested it out using Chrome and it works.

You can add guest's first and last name near the bottom where it says "Guest in This Household".

Hi Samantha! Are you adding guest individually through the Guest List tool, or trying to import an existing guest list from an excel spreadsheet? Either way you'll need to create households and then add guests to each household!

Sorry for the late reply- the issue seemed to be with me using Safari as my browser, it worked fine when I switched to Chrome- thanks for the advice, friends!

I am trying to delete a household, and everytime I try it takes me right back to the main guest list page without deleting the household.

For example,

it says:

"Household Name" (0)

and then I will hit the trash button and it does nothing but take me back to the original page. I also can't add individuals to these households! HELP!!!

Hi Madison! Are you on the WeddingWire app or a desktop web browser? I just gave it a try on Google Chrome and had no problem deleting a 0 guest household!

I recommend clearing your browsing history, cookies, and cache - then trying again using Google Chrome as your browser!
