Issues with ww Customer domain

Just purchased a two year option for a custom domain but only received a confirmation email. No instructions were given and when I got to the domain name nothing is there. How long does it usually take for it to update? I want to make sure it works before getting it printed on the invitations.

    I would try to get a refund and try doing you website elsewhere like The Knot. Every other post on here is about custom domain's don't work.

    Agreed, if you look back through the forum soooo many people have issues with the website. I hope you can get money back and definitely go elsewhere!
