**it Service Request: custom website domain expired, i paid to renew and now its listed as "already used"

Can you please help me? When I renewed my website, I wrongfully assumed it would auto-renew my domain as well but now its been reset to the weddingwire.com/website/jimmyandjasmine as opposed to simply jimmyandjasmine.com. I know for a fact its not in use because its been deactivated. How do I unlock my domain? Its already paid for, this is very frustrating and I don't really have the time to be dealing with this!
