Italy Wedding. Catholic Ceremony. Florence

So I’m mulling over the idea of getting married in Italy. It would just be my partner and I and our parents. Would love a Catholic ceremony at a church and then a little dinner after. How do I even go about this? Does anyone know good wedding planners in Florence or Umbria? Would love to have a photographer, videographer and florist planned out as well.

Omg congratulations!!! That's so exciting to hear that you're thinking of planning your wedding in Florence - it will be so dreamy. We are getting married in the Tuscan countryside, and our wedding planner has been so amazing! I definitely recommend having a wedding planner if you can afford it because it's so difficult planning things across seas. Marta, our planner, has been so amazing with finding us vendors and negotiating better deals to help us save money as well. You can either start with a wedding planner and have them help you pick a venue, or what we did was we first found our venue from The Venue Report, which is like an Airbnb for venues - then we got our planner
