Are you referring to what happens within the ceremony or the itinerary for the entire day?

That will depend on a couple of factors:
Are you having a First Look or First Touch?
Do you have your reception venue and time of the reception decided? Are the ceremony and reception the same venue? If not how far away are they? How much getting ready will be done the morning of? Your nails? Hair makeup for just you or also other ladies?

I think thats why I'm struggling I have no clue how long anything will take or should take. Everything is in one location no travel. I have downloaded templates offline but what if I dont alot for enough time, or what if I allot too much time. I'm so nervous

I'd contact the venue as to what time your outside vendors like your florist have access to the spaces, so they can start setting up. Also, ask what time they will place the reception tablecloths. Nothing-- not centerpieces, place settings, silverware, or other decor can be placed on the tables without the tablecloths. If you have other outside items, like outside liquor, desserts, favors ask when you can store them in their freezers, etc.-- maybe possible the day before.

As for getting ready timelines, ask your MUA, hairstylist, and photographer for their recommended timelines. If your spouse is getting ready separately, he can manage his own time and food. Feed all wedding party, guests and vendors as you get ready with simple breakfast or lunch trays. If you are not using any of the above vendors, congrats on the simplicity. Whoever will assist set up will need venue permission to start though so proceed with step 1. Good luck.

Awesome! That’s nice and small. For reference, our ceremony was at 3:00 PM. We wanted a First Look and wedding party pictures before departing the hotel for the church, so our photographers suggested 12:00 PM for that. We had to start getting ready at 7:00 AM that morning. We ran a bit late and ended up having the First Look around 12:30-12:45ish, but our photographer built in cushion time into the plan, so we weren’t late to the church! Besides our day-of coordinator, our photographers were the BEST help when it came to timeline planning.

Do you have your photographer booked yet? Good experienced photographers are awesome with that because they’ve essentially watched and been at the side of many couples on their wedding days during their careers. I’d suggest telling them your wedding party size, whether you’ll do First Look/Touch, when you want wedding party or family pictures done, and asking for their suggestion on the timeline.
