Where can I order jam favors for a reasonable price? I need 225 to 250 and etsy has them but they are so expensive!

I had jam/jelly favors and we made them. Piece of cake and way cheaper than buying them! The 4oz jars are like $8.00 for a box of 12 at Walmart.
