We're getting married at Aldie Mainson in Doylestown later this summer and are in the process of picking out our menu. We're having a hard time deciding because everything sounds so good! Jeffery A Miller is the exclusive caterer for Aldie and everything is fresh, seasonal, and farm to table, so we know everything will be good, but wondering if anyone has had anything at a JAM wedding that they particularly loved.
A few ideas we have looked at are: Flat Iron Steak, Short Ribs, Tuscany Chicken, Rosemary Chicken, & Salmon.
Any suggestions to help us narrow this down?
