Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

So, I work out almost 5 days a week at the gym. I've lost 10 pounds since January. Probably could have lost more had I not indulged too much. I'm a good size but trying to tone now and lose in areas. Has anyone done the 30 day shred? What were your results?? I'm on day 3 and boy it's it hard but very motivating!!

    I've done the 30 day shred and continue to do it here and there to mix things up (I did it tonight actually). It definitely gave me more definition in the abs/arms/upper back areas. I think when I did it last year I lost about 10 more lbs, but I also don't follow a strict diet.

    I'm currently doing the 6 week 6 pack DVD and it's great as well.

    Good job. I need self discipline. Staying away from junk food is very difficult for me. .

    I actually did it for about 6 weeks in 2013. I lost 9 lbs. I liked it. Im sad I lost the dvd in my last move. I think its a great supplement when you can't get to the gym or like a structured workout

    I used to do her dvd's by 30 day shred was so boring to me. I didn't like doing the same workouts day after day. I am doing P90x3 right now and I love that its 24 different workouts. It's only been a week and I already see major changes in my arms and I am not bored.

    I did it about a year ago and more than weight (maybe just a couple of pounds) I lost inches, especially from my mid-section.

    I did the 30 day shred for my last wedding and definitely lost weight and toned up. I am doing it again now too and even though it is sort of boring, I figure I can get through 25 minutes better than going to the gym and just randomly doing stuff.

    @JennySFord junkfood is my pitfall....it's BAD!!! @jenMart2015 that is exactly what I want to get (toned up).

    I did the 30 day shred and lost about 14 pounds and almost had a visible 6 pack. So worth it, it is fun and fresh! I am doing her kettle bell work out right now.

    I lost 11 pounds years ago with it. I also do her No More trouble zones DVD.

    @Kathryn WOW! 14 pounds...That is Awesome. Were you eating healthy also? I am afraid if I lose too much weight my dress will fall off of me.

    Does anyone want to do it as a challenge with me?! its on youtube, I set it up on my wii's youtube app. Im thinking doing it every week day and moving up a level every 10 days?

    I was eating 1200 calories and then eating more on the days I worked out. It was quite nice. I suggest doing it.

    I've used it and it does work. I get bored with working out so I change up what I do every day and still manage to lose ten pounds a month and tone up. I have used Fitness Blender and Jessica Smith TV. Check them out on Youtube and they also sell TV's and more individualized plans. I've used all their free stuff and still have lost the weight. I supplement with the 30 day shred here and there.

    I lost about 8.5 lbs and 6.5 inches in just a month doing T25 and following the FitGirls Guide. I can't lose too much because they can only take my David Tutera dress in two sizes!

    @Kaegurl thanks for the tips and info. I only want to lose 10 more pounds but after the wedding. Like @Nicole said if I lose too much my dress will fall off of me.
