Who here has tried Jillian Michaels dvds? Do you like them? Did you have fun doing them? I'm going to try them out and just was wondering what everyone thought of them. #sweating for the wedding!

    I love Jillian. When I first started working out I used her DVDs and it definitely gave me a love for weight training. I've done the 30 day shred, the second 30 day shred I can't remember what its called, the ab one, and then the 90 day program. Definitely a good way to start working out. You learn proper form and lots of different moves that you can build on top of if you move to weightlifting in a gym

    ETA: I wouldn't say they're FUN... she is a fan of minimal to no rest time. But they are quick and effective

    Haven't done her program but have heard good things! Just make sure to stay consistent, do the program as recommended, and keep a healthy diet and you will see results!

    Don't do the whole video your first time unless you don't need to walk, stand up or sit up for the next 3 days.

    I love the 30 day shred. It's my daily workout (plus a 30 dog walk). I've lost 50lbs in the last year just doing that 5 days a week and switching to 9in plates instead of 11in. I haven't done any of the other videos though.

    DVD number one, let's just say I stuck with it and kicked ass all the way to the end. Yea it was hard but roam wasn't built in a day. Feeling awesome!

    I have her 30 day shred but seeing as how my wedding is in less than 30 days, I'll be doing her workouts after I return from my honeymoon (which will be at an all inclusive for a week so I'll need something to whip me back into shape after I get back!). I'm looking forward to it!

    I can define my relationship with Julian in two words: love - hate! Hahahah she's awesome and I feel like killing her every minute after the first 15min of workout lol the next day I'm loving her again and pressing play!

    Try her out, I find it addictive!

    Tamilee Webb is much much better!

    Jillian is my go to! I am on my 20th day of 30 day shred and I definitely feel the results. Prior to starting Jillian I did the 21 day fix (work out only). I like Jillian better because every workout is full body, where as 21 day focused on each body part per day. My friend and I are both doing it and although the lbs aren't falling off, I feel so much better and my clothes are definitely fitting better. My body feels stronger. It's a quick 30 min DVD too.

    I have pretty much all of her DVDs, not that I've tried them all. The 30 day shred DVD is very high impact for someone just starting out. I really messed up my foot and had to take a break from exercising for like 2 months. They work you hard, and I like that. Also, I always feel sore afterwards so I feel like they're pretty effective. I like to throw a DVD in my workout routine every once in awhile when things are getting stale.
