July 2021 Brides! How’s the planning going? What’s on your to do list?

View Quoted Comment We did online rsvps and I'm so glad because I mailed our invitations April 16th and at May 16th, 12 still hadn't been delivered. I sent replacements in May and within the last 5 days some people are just now getting their original invitations. I don't know what's going on with USPS but it's been terrible.

My wedding is also July 23rd! I’ve felt SO far behind on everything and have been stressing lol.


We still need to get our marriage license, print out our welcome sign. And finish decor. Pay vendors etc.
I’m so excited to be done planning lol

My wedding is July 17th. I’m starting to get so nervous cause it’s really here.
We pretty much have everything done. All we have is our last final meetings. Everything is all paid for. Bachelorette party is July 10th.I’m very nervous that something going to go wrong or be messed up.

Ours is the 24th!!! Soooo excited but all those little final touches are left… all those things that had to get ordered are still on the way so fingers are crossed that it’s right! Haha the most stressful part is allllll the different opinions coming from every which way

Let’s see… we are July 18th and reception is on the 31st. Mostly we just have to pay the Balances we have the florist our officiant, Photographer license the venue (both of them) dresses, suits, DJ, cake and food. Have all the decor done, and the rings, I’m sure I’m missing something, I have felt that way the whole time I’ve been planning. Need to get the champagne beer and wine…(can’t forget that) then I won’t care about what else I forgot 😜 lmk if you think of anything I forgot… lol

Ours is 7/20 - pretty much everything is done. I have had my dress for ages (our wedding was delayed for COVID) so I just taped my boobs today and tried the dress on again (I've lost weight!). We had a last minute cake issue, but thankfully we have a Tuesday wedding so I was able to find a baker.

I'm panicking a little because our photographer has been paid in full for months, and I still haven't heard from him AT ALL. Not a single message. I emailed him on Monday and haven't heard anything. I'm getting nervous he just isn't going to show or the company is going to do a last minute switch-aroo on me. Otherwise, everything is booked, paid, and all decor is ready. We only have 8 guests (down from 14), so there isn't as much to do.

July 17th. Postponed from July 11 2020. We have to pick up altered garments, i.e. suits and dress. We had practice hair and makeup yesterday. We need to finalize alcohol and turn in final numbers. We did hotel, shoes bridal party gifts last month so feeling pretty on target. A few of our invites were REALLY slow arriving, as in 5 or 6 weeks after sending them. RSVPs have been slow coming in this year too.

My wedding is set for July 31 and nervous are taking over completely. The more I think about the day coming the more sick I feel. Like nothing is ever going to be done and there’s stil so much left to do. I feel like I am constantly going backwards

July 10th here! I’m so overwhelmed but I think I’m doing well as far as my ducks in a row. I need to respond to some vendors about the details like song choices and such and timeline. The timeline worries me as I don’t have a day of coordinator but my photographer is doing the timeline and I’m so grateful. It seems like she enjoys taking the reigns and controlling the day (based on what I want) so I’m happy for that 😂

Our wedding day is the same day!! 😍 That's so exciting! We are completely done with planning, we just have to pack for our honeymoon. I am super excited and nervous and just want that day to hurry and get here, too.

I feel like my nerves are getting the best of me! So many things I have had to change last minute and I’m terrified that something is gonna go wrong.

Just waiting for the menu since the restaurant uses foods from local farmers the menu changes weekly omg 😳 ordered my birdcage veil this morning the wedding is July 10th so I had to order a back up just in case

I'm July 24th; I'm struggling. My fiance and I have been taking a lot of hits lately financially. At this point, I'm ready to throw everything and get married at the courthouse. Please, I need some strength to carry on cause I want to share our big day with our family and friends.

I am super excited!! Just trying to keep my weight. It has been so hard working from home. I get married July 16th!!
