July bride here! So, I feel like I am so unprepared thus far in planning! I have my dress and date, but we are getting married in New Jersey where his family is from. We currently live in MO so we can't tour any venues due to being over 20 hours away. Any tips? I am feeling so overwhelmed with trying to figure out where to even start. Any suggestions or ideas helps!

July 2021 here! I have almost everything booked as ive been engaged over a year now. I am currently working on officiant, hotel block for guests, look at how much it will cost for the guys to buy a suit and from where? that way they can save up for it with the holidays here. Also painting my wood cookies and pallets in my garage as that is some of our DYI décor! I haven't started on any of this yet but is the goal to get done this month so that way I can enjoy holidays here soon. Don't want to plan in December. Tons of stress.

Bridesmaids shopping is sooo much fun. Y’all should turn it into a whole day (if you feel safe and comfy) and even do brunch or something

I booked the venue and catering but I'm going to move my date because of covid. Alot of our family is flying in, I have an infant, and alot of us take the virus seriously because alot of our immediate family is high risk. I'm also not cutting my list down to 50 people that's a joke. My fiance and I are splitting the wedding costs 50% between us both and I'll be damned if we have to dish out a $20,000 wedding for only 50 people.

So far our only plan B is to cut the guest list. And right?! We decided against save the dates in case someone doesn’t make the cut due to covid guest list restrictions

    Hi!! I’m july 30

We’ve booked our venue, dj, photographer and videographer. I got my dress, engagement photos are done and save the dates are sent. All of my bridesmaid proposals have been given and accepted. Hotel block is booked. We got a lot of our decorations already. And we’ve established a plan B in case restrictions do not improve. I’m not even planning any more at this point. I’m just not feeling as hopeful anymore.

July 3, 2021 Michigan wedding!! We got engaged right before Christmas! We will have around 275 guests!

We have the following accomplished: wedding planner (my amazing uncle), venue booked in February (thankfully did before COVID weddings had to get rescheduled), tasting scheduled, florist, shower venue booked, cousin for officiant, wedding favors purchased and put together, dj, photographer (engagement pictures already taken), videographer, wedding dress ordered, bridal party attire picked out, hotel blocks booked, bridal party party bus, night before/getting ready houses booked, first look location picked out, shower invitations ordered, in process of picking shower and wedding linens, registry started, and save the dates already sent out in July since it’s holiday weekend!!! 💖

I have jumped on everything it’s pretty much all booked got my venue, photographer, videographer, bridal make up, musician, florist, officiant, planner, rentals and paid for my dress. Was scared of everything getting booked! And my dress is custom made so it’s gonna take 6-8 months.
Just I have to get invitations and a few other little things!

We postponed our wedding from November 2020 to July 2021. We have a venue in mind but haven’t booked yet because we aren’t sure how many guests we want to have due to the ongoing pandemic, we aren’t sure what will be safe next summer. On the low end we will have between like 25 and 50ish and on the high end about 100. Not sure about favors yet but I have a photographer and I know what I want the ceremony space to look like as well as what flowers we want. No dress, makeup artist or hairstylist yet but I’m working on trying to get these things ironed out by early next year.
