I would like to jump the broom at my wedding! Unfortunately we don’t have a family heirloom broom to pass down anymore after losing it in Hurricane Katrina years ago. So now I will either have to decorate my own or buy one already decorated from someone....Does anyone have any recommendations for me like shops on Etsy that you’d approve of/Trust or anything that could help me with this? Thanks!

First off my heart goes out to you about losing the family heirloom in Katrina♥️. Nola holds a special place in my heart as I went there to help rebuild in lower 9th with an organization when I was younger and it was one of the most insane/humbling/heartbreaking/encouraging/inspiring things I’ve ever done/witnessed in my life. To see such devastation first hand and then to see how strong the people of Nola were that lived through it was unexplainable.

Here is a really beautiful broom I found on Etsy. It is a bit pricey, but I’ve done many projects with rhinestones, jewels and embellishments, and to be honest, you may find yourself spending just as much on the glue and beading to bead everything yourself.
