Hi everyone!

I thought we could celebrate National Nail Polish Day by showing your wedding day look or just your favorite color and brand. My favorite brand is Zoya!! 400 10-Free shades. What's not to love? OH! 50% off today, too, with code POLISH. Since I've been using this brand ( gained this info from a post here on WeddingWire), my nails are so long and healthy they look fake. I am still doing 'safer at home' and Sadie, my Boxer, isn't good with my camera or I'd show you my nails. 🐶❤ These are two looks I'm considering for my wedding day. My natural nails look most like the glitter/ombre length. Can't wait to see what you share!!

I like manicures best done at home, not a salon, by someone else. Usually my own na Using my left hand always made my right look unevenly shaped. One side flat, too pointy. I like an oval curved tip, but would mess up one and have to file down others to match shape. I only do nails going out and special occasions. Job, farmwork, hobbies all make a manicure impossible to keep. But I do shape them, then use a warmed wax and buff them, so the nail itself is nice, no stains or cracks when I do nails. For our 10th anniversary my older daughter spent her about $10 chore money on an electric manicure set. Now, when I do them, I can do them even ovals on both hands. The spinning emery type tool is better for bad hand, requires less control. I was happy because since I had worn a pale gold wedding dress, for my 10th I got a sheath in the same pale gold. And I never particularly cared about hand photos, til hubby had delivered a bracelet for our anniversary. He was coming down from a business trip in Montreal, and found a modern, but made to look old in Victorian or Edwardian style, rose gold filigree bracelet that matched nothing but the base of fark sapphire earrings he gave me years back. Now I swear by the electric manicure tool. I can reliably do a good job. Own nails, waxed or getting ready for polish. And it shapes acrylics really well. When my nails are a mess, stick ons. My hands are like bear paws, short stubby fingers, muscular fingers. So extending them is a real plus.
My anniversary bracelet. Household ins. pic. Rose gold. Real filigree from gold wire, not stamped and cut.

A dog I had for 17 years died the month we got engaged. and my 5 year old malamute was grieving. months of sniffing around, checking his bed place, doing long woo-woo wails. Sad.Below is our definitely off registry wedding present. Then a pup, 5 months. Now showing signs of aging. getting fat. First year , would not jump in a tabboggan, or boat. Stands and watches. Vet says fine, just old. Has not stopped taking pleasure in food. As you can see June 1st is National Nail Polish Day!! 2
waiting at the canoe launch for us , a few years back, really not as fat when winter coat is wet. Like your boxer, sweet. June 1st is National Nail Polish Day!! 3
