June 20th. 2020 Bride

Hi Cassie! Congratulations!!! Don’t feel overwhelmed yet, there’s so much exciting stuff to do! I personally am planning my wedding myself because I felt I already have a vision and that I would be paying a planner to do what I knew how to do but I know for a lot of people they are super helpful! What I did was obviously go crazy on Pinterest and start there with ideas of what you think you’ll want the wedding to look like. I’m kinda a crazy planner and when I get excited about an event I like to do as much as possible so I booked just about everything that needs to be booked and have a deposit paid for early that way I’m not stressing about it. It’s baby steps , but I have the photographer, cake , wedding site & reception site , DJ & we are slowly getting decorations. I was interested in a wedding decorator - but when I met with her I didn’t care for her attitude, and how she kept throwing my vision out the window - I am the type of person that would rather do it on my own. So again baby steps 🥰
