Tbh it would depend. In my state venues are only allowed to have 25% capacity to start. At that number, I would likely have just a backyard get together afterwards. I would say a small cocktail hour could be done at 50% capacity and it could be really nice.

Honestly, no, I would not.

I'm in the NYC metro area, so I can tell you that this thing scares the socks right off me. I might ask my friends to have a socially distanced parade for me, but I wouldn't ask anyone to meet in any type of group for quite some time.

Virtual or micro-micro weddings would be my only real options. And the latter only if it were outside.

I agree with all of the suggestions above! It really depends on where you are located and how many people you are planning to have at your reception.

If I were in your shoes, I would start thinking of a plan b. Especially because we are only a month away! A lot of couples are getting married now in a small ceremony and having a larger reception later down the line. I think this is a great option!

I know you will do what is best for you and your partner. It is going to be beautiful!
