June brides are you considering rescheduling yet? I’ve been so sick on my stomach the last couple of days. Our wedding day is June 6th. Do we think this will all be calmed down by then?? What is your plan?

June 20th for my destination wedding in Jamaica, not canceling/ rescheduling as yet. Keeping our fingers cross and just keeping faith and hope. If we do have to postpone that’s fine also as our main concern is everyone’s health and comfort....but I’m a Strong believer of miracles! Hope all goes well for everyone and please stay safe.

Our day was also June 6, 2020. We have postponed to May 30, 2021. Our venue and vendors have been wonderful with the postponement. We decided to steer clear for the rest of the year as we have 300+ guests invited. Although restrictions may be lifted by June 6, I was so worried about putting that many near and dear people at risk. It was a personal preference, but we decided it was best for everyone involved. We have 5 people in our immediate family that are at a higher health risk with COVID-19. With that being said, we don't know the medical condition of all of our guests and we would hate to put them in a difficult situation. We want to spend our special day just as we picture it.

We are sending out "Save The New Date" cards. I have attached a photo of them to give an example for wording/ideas.

Best of luck to all of you! I have to say, I feel 100x better now that we made the decision to postpone. No more worrying! Even if it's almost a year later, in the end we will still be married. On the bright-side...we gave another year to plan!

We are June 7th the day after. I’m nervous but waiting till April 30th, and then assessing where the world is and what state it is in. Wish I could give you awesome advice but I’m kinda looking for the same advice as you are...

Just 27th bride here! My invitations are ready to be sent out but I am including an insert addressing the pandemic. As of now, my family, FH and vendors are hopeful we can still have our wedding of 250+ in Westchester NY but holding off another week or two before sending out the invites. If we do postpone, we are looking at June 2021 which kills me having to wait that long Smiley sad

Interested to see what other June brides in the Tri-State area are doing!

We are getting married June 27 with 10 or 250 people. If we have to postpone “ceremony” we will do it later but I’m getting married June 27

My date is June 7th. We are coming up with a back up plan but hoping that we don't have to use it! NY was hit pretty hard which is where we are getting married so they say things might not be open till mid June. My stomach is in knots and I a shed a couple tears trying to figure out what to do.

FORMER June 27th Bride here! We decided to postpone our wedding to December 12, 2020 and all of our vendors were able to reschedule to that date. I was feeling overwhelming comfortable with that date until I heard that latest reports of another uptick of Covid this fall. Let's just hope that by then we have a vaccine so it's a quick bout.

I was a June 20, 2020 bride but we rescheduled to very end of August a few weeks ago. This was before any official June postponements were taking place because we wanted to get ahead of the game with our vendors and they were all available for our new date (phew!). The way things are looking, June was just too much of a "what-if" that even if things are calming down, people still wouldn't feel that comfortable about traveling and I did not want to put loved ones in that position. End of August has given me a lot more breathing room too. A family friend is still planning to get married on June 13 and we are not attending because of safety. We are planning on having a few close friends over on June 20 for a nice dinner and cocktails so the day is not a total wash.

I would speak to your planner/venue ASAP and get their input on everything. My planner has been amazing and honest about everything from the get-go and while she has a really positive attitude, she's also realistic about things. Best of luck!

My wedding is June 27 in Albany with over 200 people. We’re most likely postponing until June 2021. Even if things let up soon , there’s no way we’ll be able to have an event of 200 and people will probably be super uncomfortable attending. I also have a lot of people traveling :/ I think we’re gonna pull the trigger next week and postpone Smiley sad

Unfortunately, my fiancé and I decided to postpone our June 27th date until June 26, 2021 (we really wanted a summer wedding)! But I think we’re still going to get married on the 27th as it is a special day for me! My mother-in-law made a really good point for us postponing until June 26, 2021. When it hits midnight, we all celebrate our 1 year anniversary!
I know it’s hard, I’ve spent a lot of nights agonizing over this! 😭

Although there's so many unknowns, we're still trying to hold onto hope right now. Our wedding is on June 28th in St. Augustine, Florida. Our original date was March 22nd, and we already postponed. Things seem to be looking up in Florida. As of Wednesday, our governor officially announced the beginning of phase 1 which will start on Monday. So we're hoping we can still have our big day, as it is still a little less than two months away. We just can't pull the plug yet, if there's still a possibility that it can happen. Anyone else in the same boat?

I feel you. Mine was April 17 in Savannah and we postponed to June 20. We are still holding on to hope. With everything starting to open back up it gives me hope. I’m scared to reschedule a third time and then have another wave of this come through and be screwed again...or a hurricane

Also I live in Jax so heyyy!
