I'm looking for a floral junior bridesmaid dress for my 10 year old niece. The only one I've found is over $200.

My bridesmaids will be in sage green and I want her in a blush or neutral floral pattern.

I've looked everywhere I can think of online!

In addition to Azazie, I would check Kennedy Blue or Amazon. Kennedy Blue is very similar to Azazie.

Finding the floral prints is my issue. I found one on Dessy but like I said it's over $200 and she's only 10.

I did find a dress at David's bridal and the smallest size it comes is an adult size 0. I was wondering if it would even be worth it to take her to try size 0 and then have it altered.

Have you considered just buying any floral dress that's not actually called a junior bridesmaid dress? Floral prints for 12 year-olds seems like something that would be common at department stores, etc.

Yeah I've been trying to look at department stores also. I haven't actually gone to any stores in person yet due to COVID-19.

Find a pretty floral dress at a dept store (Burlington, Dillards, etc). Get a floral fabric and formal dress pattern at Joann (they have sales all the time so patterns go down to 99c) and have it made to order by a local seamstress.

I was thinking about a local seamstress but I wasn't sure how crazy the price would be. One of the sites actually sells the fabric I wanted- I would just need someone to actually sew a dress.

Ask whomever is doing your dress alterations if they can make the dress. Also check upwork.com to find a seamstress.
