We’ve decided to just elope instead of wait out COVID...


Maybe something local (if Dad will come) or just fly to Vegas. My Dad however is freaked out about this Virus and is afraid to be near ANYBODY! Will he be there to give me away? I don’t know, I’m a bit down...
Has anybody else encountered this? Any creative ideas for him to “be there?” I pondered him on video call so he can “Give me away” when the officiant asks...

Help...

    Hi Miss2Mrs2020! I think including your dad virtually is the safest idea!

    If you really want your dad to give you away, are there any extra pre-wedding precautions you could take? Could you keep the ceremony to just you two and parents only? Or have everyone essentially self-quarantine for two weeks before the ceremony so your dad is protected?
