I almost invited Gaga (duh, are we surprised), but I wanted to hand her the invite (because that's normal) and I didn't have the chance in the 10 months we were engaged. I should have just sent it to her fanmail address to see if I would have gotten anything back.

I thought about doing this but FH thought I am loosing it. So i decided against it lol!

OMG, I want to invite David Tennant!! Even though I know he won't come, I'd totally settle for an autographed picture!!!!!!!!

I would love to invite Jennifer Lopez! She has been one of my most favorite people of all time since a child. And then I would also invite Kem, the singer!

I plan on sending one to POTUS and FLOTUS. I would love to send one to some dallas cowboys players in hopes of getting an autograph as a surprise for FH.

Wow I didn't know this was a thing!! I'm with @Alana re Jennifer Lopez! Especially after last nights AMA's performance! I love her! I wonder if Common would come hang out by the pool w/ us in Mexico?? lol So do you send to fanclub or how do you find their address?

I'm sending one to Mickey and Minnie, Tink, Ariel (I'm a big kid, I know), the President, Queen Elizabeth, maybe William and Kate, Anna Kendrick (she might even totally come), Whitney Thore, Patrick Willis, Roman Reigns, and maybe a few more celebs. It will be fun to see if anything gets sent back.

FH and I are planning a DC reception for a couple months after our Michigan wedding, for people who can't make it to the actual day--sooooo we're gonna invite the Obamas and obviously they're gonna come cause the place we're having it at is 10 blocks from the White House

I've sent them to: the Pope, the President, Ellen, Christopher Meloni, Mark Harmon, Prince Royce, Nathan Fillion, Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Cinderella and Prince Charming...

All we have received is a post card from Mickey and Minnie...

This thread got me thinking yesterday about actually inviting a celebrity. We don't have any favorite actors that we care that much for or feel the need to invite to our wedding, so when I asked my fiance last night who we would invite- we actually agreed on some! We are getting married in Jamaica, so we decided to invite Sean Paul and Damien Marley (Bob Marley's son). Who knows, they may even show up
