So fortunately she had already done customizing to the dress by adding the. Bustle support and extra layers for the inside of the dress(mermaid style) just to give it a more puffy look.
Other than that the dress truly fit perfectly as of now I won’t be doing any tailoring but dry cleaning and press. It was already done and sealed prior to shipping but I’m just being extra.
You are absolutely right adding a bustle is affordable girly just make sure you go to the right seamstress ☺️✨ good luck and I hope that your dress fits you perfectly 💓

Just wait until you get your dress ☺️ When is your wedding? So you can build a timeline of trying on your dress and getting it tailored at an appropriate time.
I bought mine on StillWhite online. It was shipped from Australia, but it fit perfectly except she added a bustle and it made it tight for me in that area. I’m actually having that removed. I’m between a 34D/DD so it made it very uncomfortable for me to have. Other than that the dress was in perfect condition and fit well for me.

View Quoted Comment I bet! That’s how I was recommended time to get your dress is between 8-9 months and tailoring between 5-6 months. I say you will know when the dress is the one and you’ll make the right move ☺️ You have enough time to order a dress and tailor it keep your options open you never know if within the next months you find another dress that you absolutely love as well. Just make sure the dress is the one because when you order online it’s very hard to get your refund and takes time to receive it as well. I ordered my dress similarly with the time frame you have. I ordered mine in May and got it in June so I didn’t have to wait much for it. I did it early because of Covid and so many things changing I didn’t want to risk ordering to close to the timeline.

View Quoted Comment Exactly! And also making sure you book vendors with emergency changes like moving dates or numbers changing without charging fees because it’s a pandemic. I made sure all my vendors had a liability insurance to protect me and that it was stated in the contract as well for my own safety.
