    @pmarie - we actually got really lucky. Unknown to us at the time, my mom's friend's son was supposed to get married on 9/2, but they changed their date. We just happened to apply right after that happened haha.

    ETA - Darmayne is amazing! Highly recommend her to anyone in the area. To my knowledge, there wasn't any cake left over other than our anniversary tier.

    Thank you everyone!! The State Capitol is definitely an amazing (and affordable) venue if anyone is interested. The only con is that they tend to book up incredibly quickly.

    @Cheyenne - Vivace Live was incredible. I wish I would have gotten to hear more of them, but luckily a few guests recorded some of the prelude music. You won't be disappointed!

    @Nicolette - Oh no! Don't panic (I know easier said than done). Like I said, don't sweat the things you can't control. I'm sure your day will be perfect!!

    Your Wedding photos look amazing! I’m having an almost identical wedding April 8th this year. I have a question for you. Was there any type of sound system in inside the rotunda? I’ve missed this detail somehow.
