Keep getting logged out

Everyday! Ever since the update! iOS

Not as frequently as when the new update launched, but still from time to time.

Hi! I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble with the app. Are you using iOS or Android? Are you using the most updated version?

I was having this problem a lot when the new update came out and then it seemed they fixed it. Then the other day mine started logging me out every time too. Makes me not want to get back on here because I have to type it in so many times as I forget sometimes which Info I used.

Same problem over here, so frustrating!!

Yes, with the new update on iOS. It’s also much more difficult to navigate the forums now that they’re not in the ideas tab. (There’s no way to refresh and go back to the beginning without hitting the back arrow 100 times).

Yes I’ve been having the same problem! So annoying

I've also been having this issue the past couple of days on iPhone. And it's definitely updated across the board with WW update and iPhone updates (I'm neurotic that way)

Yep! It's not consistently logging me out every time, but it definitely has happened several times recently.

This problem has come back for me as well. iPhone user. Please fix!

I’ve had the same problem! Request to confirm my email. But I go to my email and there is nothing. So I ask it to resend still nothing! I have to keep updating. Going to use a different site. Very disappointed

Hi starsinwaves! Just scroll to the very bottom of any page in the forums and click on Forums Home. That will take you back to the first page of the community!

I am trying to create a wedding registry and it keeps logging me out and when I log back in it doesn't register that I was a registry. Anyone know how to.fix this?!?
