Some brides are so over this outdated tradition, and don't want to drag out all their single friends onto the dance floor while "single ladies" plays. Which side of the bouquet debate are you on? Keep or cancel?

I’m not going to do this for one reason - I don’t want anyone to get hurt. Instead I’ll just hand it to someone I hope finds happiness, married or not.

This is a cool idea. I hated it when people would beg, bribe, drag or embarrass me into doing it.

Cancel. It's cringey and a waste of money.

I’m actually not doing this at my wedding because I honestly don’t care for it. My sister didn’t do it at hers, my sister in-law did and my most recent friend to get married did, but I just don’t see the fun in it.

After being single for so long and have been put on the spot because of my singleness for years, I don't know if I want to do the same to my single gals, so I'll probably cancel it.

We cant throw anything since it's a wildlife park and they dont want anything ending up in an enclosure. Wasnt going to do it anyway since my bouquet is a bit delicate being made out of paper and everything.

This is one we're keeping! I never get up at weddings to catch the bouquet but I love to watch it. It is the most hilarious thing in the world! Definitely keeping it!

I never did it either but I just think it's so funny watching women fight over a bunch of flowers! I know a lady who catches it at every wedding we go to because of her height (she's my FH cousin's woman) and her man has yet to propose. I met my FH after she got with his cousin and he still hasn't asked her! They're oldest child is 14!! I would be gone!!

That just goes to show you that catching the bouquet is not going to get you engaged! LOL

Oh my gosh! Yes, there are some ladies that put their faith in the superstition, but I agree, if he's not gonna do it, he's just not. I would be out of there too! Thank you, next!

Cancel! Awkward to isolate the single gals, plus there's way more meaningful things you can do with the bouquet, like giving it to the longest married couple at the wedding. Besides, what if you only have a few single guests at your wedding?

Cancel there’s never enough people who wish to participate so no need to do it or pressure people.

Cancel, We decided to honor our older married guests instead by having them dance with us and then share a bit of advice for us in exchange for a small token of our gratitude. Still planning it out, but I would love to have something I carry with me down the aisle for a more sentimental gift.

Keep! I love this tradition! I would love if someone came to me before and ask me to throw it to their significant other so that way they can propose. Even though it’s my day, I still think that is so sweet and romantic.

I'm good with either side of this. I'm not ruling it out, but not pushing for it either.

Keep. But I'm doing a break away bouquet. That way, it's all inclusive. ANYONE and EVERYONE should be invited to catch free random things that are thrown into the air for no apparent reason.
