Best last minute suggestions to keep guests warm during reception. It’s an outdoor reception in Georgia which until this week has been steadily staying between 70s/high 50s. Now it’s dipped to 40s/30s…. It’s a destination wedding for all guests and wedding is next Sunday.


I bought hand warmers for all guests and there will be coffee/cocoa but anything else I can attempt to do? Everyone knows exactly where it is and hopefully will dress accordingly but definitely wasn’t accounting for weather to dip so suddenly

    Cheaper is not the goal here; keeping your guests from freezing is.

    Thank you y’all for your mostly helpful advice. I’m getting in contact with our reception venue to figure out plan b and have been calling a ton of companies to get heaters. I’m not in the state either so I’m doing my best and trying my hardest to accommodate my guests. Freezing them out was never the goal and like I said, it was a sudden weather change no one expected. Even the Georgia natives I’ve spoken to.
