Keratosis pilaris "chicken skin" arms

My fiance does! His flares up from time to time. I found a lotion on Amazon, and a scrub he uses in the shower with a loofa. Have you tried either of those?

I've heard the loofa isn't good for it so I stopped but maybe I'll start again. Do you know what the name of the lotion is? Basically open to trying anything!!

Any lotion with an AHA in it is supposed to help. I have it, too. I tried one brand, CeraVe and it was TERRIBLE. It was so thick and goopy and sticky and I literally couldn't stand it - had to throw it out. Don't buy that one.

You could try the Mario Badescu 'Keratoplast Cream Soup', Kiehls 'Creme de Corps', and DERMAdoctor 'KP Duty Dermatologist Formulated Body Scrub with Chemical + Physical Exfoliation'. I always suggest doing more research before trying these products and of course consulting with a doctor just to be on the safe side!

This is the lotion! I bought an exfoliating scrub pad too, he uses it a lot and says it works. He uses it with this soap!

I read that too, he just wanted to try anything. He tried it and it ended up helping with the lotion. The lotion is thick though so he only uses it at night.
