Kids in weddings

Merissa, on January 24, 2021 at 2:17 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 5

So I'm stuck, my FH and I have an almost two year old who will be almost three when we get married next February. My "niece" is going to be the flower girl, we obviously want him to be in the wedding but we have no idea what to do. Ring bearer doesn't sound like enough, so I was thinking about having him walk me down the aisle with my dad? I'm just curious what others have experienced.

We have a small army of kids. My bonus daughter is my jr bridesmaid. My oldest son will be almost 9 and he is walking me down the aisle. My youngest son will be almost 6 and my daughter will be almost 2. They are walking down together as flower girl and sign holder.

It is totally up to you & your vision for your wedding. I think it would be absolutely adorable to see him walking down the aisle, holding a sign that says “daddy, here comes mommy!”

Ring bearer is enough..as long as he's in the wedding.

I definitely think that ring bearer is a big enough role for a 3 year old!!

I think the ring bearer is enough fir a 3 year old. I have 6 children so we will have 3 flower girls and 3 ring bearers. They wont all be carrying the same things though
