I was invited to a Kitchen Charm event with my fiance for attending the bridal show a few Sundays ago. Well, I received a text about attendance and I thought " Why not?, if I get anything free its worth it !" I was told we would be getting free gifts to just be there for a 90 minute showing of their cookware. By the end, I signed a contract. It had a 50 year warranty and they're products were amazing. We're waiting on them to arrive in the mail. It was not a scam and many people still got free gifts just for showing up. This was in Chattanooga, Tn by the way. I'm super excited !!!

I've started a response to this three or four times, but I truly don't know where to go with this one.

How to tell OP is marketing for Dinner4Two/Kitchen Charm -

She willingly paid an absurd amount of money on shitty pots and pans and isn't justifying her actions like anyone who thinks their idea is a good idea. Anybody else on here would have been losing their shit. LOL!

ETA - do your research. Check each company via BBB and you'll be pleasantly surprised that this is definitely a scam.

I got a call about the same thing so I went with my mom. Everyone...these pots & pans were in the THOUSANDS! Like 3-7k. The guy was like, yeah you can finance. I was like - ehhh no thank you, I'll take my free gifts. But what free gifts? - Pretty much I would have to pay something in order to get it for free. For example, they gave me a gift card to get wedding flutes but had to pay shipping & handling, and they gave me a so called free getaway package but I had to put down $100 deposit & not everything was included....like how is this even real??!!! LOL

How many times do we have to go over the definition of the word scam people? It's not a scam if they are 100% upfront with you about the cost of anything and everything, literally by definition that is not a scam.
