I'm nervous about the same thing! I haven't found anybody that's actually used them in their wedding and that gives me pause.. Basically I'm wondering if they're real and reliable.

I'm not using them, but considered it. If you haven't already, you should chat with their team. Even though they have packages, they'll customize anything and help you pick flowers. I was really impressed with their customer service and pricing once I got more quotes.

@Amy -- Same. I've been looking for those same type of reviews and feedback but haven't found anything. I'm thinking I may order a one-off bouquet to try as a tester before going all-in?

@C&N -- Thanks for that insight. Did you end up going with a traditional florist, or did you find another company that offers the same kind of alternatives as Kukka?

I ended up going with a florist that was pretty comparable in price. I was originally thinking Sam's Club or Costco, but I wanted to customize a little more than they offered. I also looked at Bloominous, I recommend checking them out as well! Both Bloominous and Kukka had really great customer service when it came to customizing packages for me and had good reviews. I would have been happy going with either one. Kukka gave me more flower options and pricing options than Bloominous, but they were both able to match the colors I wanted and work with my budget.
