You could probably order from Etsy or something and just have them print both names

I always just put our first names. It's just made it simple.

I come from a blended family and we just do first names.

You can edit any of the sites .... I use Shutterfly and use both of our last names.

You can edit on vistaprint or Shutterfly. Just don't pick one with a monogram that only works with one letter when you edit just click in the name and put "From the Smith's and Johnson's"

Or "from Sue, John, Jane and Jack"
