I know this may be a long shot, but do any of you ladies have tattoos on your fingers? H and I have always talked about getting ring finger tattoos, and are planning to do so this weekend. If you have tattoos on your hands/fingers, can you tell me about the pain level, maintenance, etc? H has never...

I know this may be a long shot, but do any of you ladies have tattoos on your fingers? H and I have always talked about getting ring finger tattoos, and are planning to do so this weekend. If you have tattoos on your hands/fingers, can you tell me about the pain level, maintenance, etc? H has never been inked, so he has no idea what to expect. And I'd love pictures if you have them.

    FH and I have matching heartagram tattoos on our ring fingers. From my own experience, it didn't hurt at all. FH said his didn't hurt either. But we're both heavily tattooed so I think we're use to how getting tattooed feels.

    My friend got a tattoo on her finger a few months ago and said it was the worse pain she's ever felt. She said she's rather go through labor pains again.

    We've had them a little over 8 years and they haven't faded.

    Here's a picture of mine. Sorry I didn't get a good picture of it.

    My fiancé and I got ours not quite 2 years ago ,I have only had it touched up once. Pain wise I'll be honest it hurt more than the one on top of my foot, but not as much as the third hour on my forearm tat.

    I have had a finger tattoo for 10 years. It hasn't faded and is low maintenance. But I hate it and want it removed. It didn't really hurt.

    I have a tattoo on my finger (pinky) and it is holding very well, took one minute to get done, and I love it! The inside of the finger hold less well though, just so you know (it get rubbed on a lot and the skin in more fragile there).

    My uncle had one with my aunt's first initial (a K) but then they got divorced when I was in middle school or high school so. ...I like the idea of tats, but I don't think is get a marriage one personally
