Kybella before wedding?

Courtney, on January 2, 2019 at 12:04 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 6

I am getting married in 3 weeks and have a kybella appointment scheduled, but I am worried that the swelling won’t go down in time and I’ll be a puffy mess! Has anyone had kybella before? What were your experiences?

When is the appointment scheduled for? Your provider should probably know your wedding is in three weeks because they might advise to wait. I’ve never had it before but the provider I go to for Botox said she doesn’t like to touch a brides face less than a month before the wedding.

Please don’t do this, it’s too close to your wedding. I had Botox & Juvaderm about 8 months before. I barely got much and hated the feeling in my face for several days & super freaked out (it did end up looking fine but I’m not a huge fan). My hubby’s done Botox a few times and has more often than not had bruising around his eyes. Please don’t. Use makeup & Photoshop at this point! You’ll look beautiful.

Definitely don’t. My FH does facial plastics as part of his specialty. They don’t advise doing anything sooner than three to six months before. If you don’t like the result you would be stuck with it at your wedding three weeks away

What is kybella? Judging from the responses and your overall concern I would think that it wouldn’t be a good idea so close to do it.

Kybella is usually injected to help get rid of double chins and sometimes other nearby areas, it basically dissolves the fat. If I’m remembering correctly.
