“La Hora Loca” or in English “The Crazy Hour”. It is a designated hour in the evening when the party goes into Carnaval mode. It is a high-energy part of the evening where the host or bride & groom hand out masks and beads and the DJ plays an upbeat set of Spanish music.

My best friend is having one at her wedding in December. She's surprising everyone with it which will be great.

For people who don't know- it means crazy hour in Spanish. It just turns into a crazy party. Usually thee use fun props (mask and boas and such). I know my friend is getting men on stilts and belly dancers. I am so excited.

Haha I've never been to one before but they're pretty common where I'm from (Miami). The girl who is getting married that I know is half Cuban. Her FH is very white and his family doesn't know anything about it. They'll be in for a great surprise. I'm so excited for it!

@jessenia I recommend samba not Zumba or circus type of thing lol ... it's a very happy colorful dance and guess will love it because they can let lose and go crazy .... mine is going to be folklore from Spain as I'm in love with flamenco.
