Hi ladies! So I have a lace, strapless mermaid wedding dress. For the church ceremony, I want a 3/4 off the shoulder topper I can put it on and for the reception, my seamstress is saving fabric so I can do off the shoulder straps (like Belle from "beauty and the beast" - i know, best description).
