These are the lanterns I bought for our centerpieces. They are 13.5" with flameless candles included. Only downside is they are sold is packs of 2 so not bulk. We only needed 8 so they fit the bill, but I guess it depends how many you need if they'll work for you.

Try Oriental Trading Company. HomeGoods/ HomeSense may have wooden lanterns for the Spring. I saw a family buy them all up last year probably for a garden party. Party City just filed for Chapter 11, so you may want to try there as well.
