Large breasts - sewn in cups or long line bra

Andrea, on August 9, 2021 at 8:36 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 3
Help! I have a long sleeved dress with a low enough back that I can’t wear a proper bra. So my question to you all… if you have large breasts, did you get a long line bra or have you seamstress add cups? I’m at a loss 🤦🏼‍♀️

DD cup here, I am having cups put in. The front isn't super low, so this should hopefully be enough for me - I don't know that it would have been if the front was more of a v-cut. What's the front situation like on your dress?

Hi Andrea! If they can sew cups into the dress for you then I'd definitely do that!!

I couldn't have cups sewn in, but my dress did have a decent amount of structure already - so I went with a backless adhesive bra! There are also low-backed options you should check out like "The Bridal Bra Body" suit from The Bridal Bra and the Spanx "Suit Your Fancy Plunge Low-Back Mid-Thigh Bodysuit": Backless dress shape wear.. a review!

Either get boning added by the seamstress or try boobhold.com which has tape for large breasts.

I am a DDD and I tried sewn in cups and in my experience they don’t do anything for support and lift.
