I would love to but we aren't even doing a solo first dance because FH is too self conscious and hates dancing. We are having a first dance where we ask everyone else to join us.

I think that would be super cute! Would love to do this! I've never seen this done before.

I really liked having the last dance with all our friends and family. We did a very upbeat dance. It was Safe and Sound by Capital Cities and that memory of the night is my most favorite.

I'm self-conscious enough about everyone staring at us for 3 minutes during our first dance, that I definitely don't want to do another lol. It's obviously a personal choice though, and I've been to a wedding where the bride and groom did their last dance together; it was very sweet.

We're playing (I've Had) The Time of my Life from Dirty Dancing as our final song.

We are doing a Last Dance song with the group. I want the DJ to announce and then hopefully get all guests that are still there up and dancing with us and then we'll be off!

We were planning on having our DJ make an announcement that it was the last dance. And we are doing "Save The Last Dance For Me" by Michael Buble.

Idk if this is something that's just in my area, but it's becoming pretty common at the weddings I've been to-

The last song is one that everyone knows the words to, we picked Don't Stop Believing. Everyone that was still there circled round us and DH and I danced in the middle and everyone belted it out. At one point DH picked me up and spun me around and it was so fun to have everyone we loved circled around us singing along with Journey. I'm still looking for someone that might have pictures or video as it was after our photographers and videographer had left.

I haven't heard of this. Not sure I'd want to though. I want everyone to keep having fun as long as possible!

I love all of these ideas! @Lynnie thanks for the link to @Laura Marie! I loved that they did their last dance alone when everyone was outside. I'm not sure if I could pull this off because we are having a tent reception and the send off is right outside the tent so nowhere to go. We may just do a solo last dance with everyone circled around us. For our first dance everyone will be sitting down and eating probably. So it will be nice to have another one.

Do it. We still had as much fun as possible up until the very end - shoot..our last songs were Party in the USA and Ignition (Remix)...and they were a blast. I think it works best if you have a send off and people are getting ready for that (we had sparklers, so I knew it would take some time before we had to exit.) The staff was kind enough to get everyone out and shut the doors (I think that was more for them than for us, though...) so it was just US (and the staff cleaning) in the venue - no guests. It was SUPER romantic and just a really great way to cap off the evening with just FH before we ran through sparklers and headed to our getaway carriage and home for the night. I really can't imagine our wedding ending any other way - and it's one of my most cherished memories from the night.

I've never seen it done before but I decided to do it.

We're dancing to "Come fly with me" by Michael Buble since we're flying out for our honeymoon, not until Monday but still.

Our first dance song is "The way you look tonight" by Frank Sinatra so we're keeping the same vibe.

Yes we had a last dance. We made a thank you speech and ask everyone to join us for the last dance of the night. We did the soul train line to Lil John's turn down for what. I can't wait for the pics of that to come back. We were all so turn up. So much fun.

@Lauren are we the same person? We did the way you look tonight too, and we ALMOST did come fly with me but then we chose Unforgettable by Nat King Cole
