Hi Emily! Do you have a day of coordinator? If so, just give them a quick run down or review of all the vendors which includes; Photography, Videography, Hair & Makeup, Cake, Catering, Flowers, DJ & Band, Transportation, Officiant, and any rentals or photo booth. Also, don't forget your something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue. I also hear alot of brides find it easier and more relaxing on the day of if they can set up the ceremony and reception space like a day or two before hand so that just leaves the vendors to come in and set up everything else. Do an inventory check! I remember talking to my mom about our hydration station and she was like... Do you have the drink dispensers? Yes. Do you have cups? Yes. Do you have napkins? ... Goddam it. I FORGOT NAPKINS ahah so just things like that there could be something you forgot to buy

Inventory check, confirm details with vendors, go over duties with parents and bridal party. And be sure to pack copies of your contracts.
