Late June Wedding Colors?

I looked through Pinterest for hours upon hours trying to find something I liked. Then I looked with FH and he liked things that were completely different from me.

We ended up somewhere in the middle.

Does your FS have an opinion on it that could help you narrow things down?

LOL I've run into plenty of that too.

What're your potential venues like? Is there a color you can pull from them? We have a gorgeous venue were that has yellow walls. So my FH's friend did shades of purple to contract with the yellow and it was gorgeous.

Burgundy and blush seem to be popular right now. (I wish FH liked Burgundy lol)

I love burgundy, I was thinking maybe burgundy and navy, but that seems to dark to me. I like burgundy and blush though!

Did he say if it was the purples or the yellows he wasn't a fan of? Or both?

First, I would choose your venue and get a vision in your head of what you want.

Second, I feel the color of your wedding dress plays a big part. For example, I feel like yellow would not be a good choice next to an ivory dress. Or if you have a diamond white dress, what color would compliment that best.

Lastly, what is your style? Personally I'm not a modern type of person. Some people love the bright red and Tiffany blue combo. I think it looks great, but it's not something I could pull off for all of the above reasons.

I have been struggling with my wedding colors as well. I'm pretty sure on a champagne color, but I'm not sure what to pair with it. My fiance has pretty much left the entire wedding planning up to me and is taking the approach of "showing up on time sober". Which is fine with me, I prefer to do planning myself and get antsy leaving it to other people. However, the wedding colors I am struggling with!!

I love the idea of blush/champange/burgundy. But does burgundy seem more winter wedding? I'm having my wedding in June, and want it all to convey spring. It will be outdoors as well.

View Quoted Comment Your situation sounds exactly like mine. I think k depending on where outdoors the wedding is, burgundy will be find for summer. You may also be able to pair it with a bright summery color to help!
