I went to a wedding about two years ago and they did a late night snack around 930-10pm ish. They had sliders and tots. I would love to do something similar at my wedding but I'm thinking food truck for a late night snack. Has anyone done this? What food trucks do you recommend? Thanks!

I've been to a few that did this. Gourmet pizza, wontons, mostly finger foods.

ALL these snacks sound amazing!!!
We are having street tacos, it's like almost custom here in LA, to get tacos at the end of the night from drinking/dancing.
FH made sure we fit them into the budget.

Whatever you do, avoid foods that require utensils if possible so that they continue partying rather than sitting for too long. Soft pretzels, fries, pigs in a blanket, and cookies are all crowd pleasers

Our venue offers some late night options, so we're doing poutine (a Canadian specialty, i think, haha--fries gravy and cheese). i was at a wedding last summer that did cookies and fries and it was THE BEST
