If you go with smaller companies, then maybe. But most big venues (ie. hotels, wedding event spaces, etc...) will not offer anything. My FH & I both work in Law Enforcement and got no discounts in Florida.

My DJ gave us $100 off of our package for my FH being a first responder. It doesn't hurt to ask. At first I thought it would be awkward, but they're actually really accepting.
