Leaving dog alone?

So I want to start off by saying I am stressing out so much about leaving our 2 yr old dog at home (our wedding is June 26, 2021…so really soon!) Now, she has her own room (our spare bedroom with a Queen bed that has a window right next to it so she can look out, automatic food dispenser that we...

Now, she has her own room (our spare bedroom with a Queen bed that has a window right next to it so she can look out, automatic food dispenser that we will dispense through our app, water, puppy pads (she’s a rescue so she doesn’t go potty outside), toys, nayla bones, camera, chrome book that will playing music).
The longest she’s been in the room is about 9.5 hours when I’m at work. We have to leave her in her room for about 15 hours on our wedding day. I hate that we have to do this but she doesn’t like other people (the only 2 other people she likes are in our wedding party), she uses puppy pads, and we just got her a little over a year ago so i don’t want her to have any regression because she thinks she’s going back to the shelter, so boarding isn’t an option.
Do you think this is unreasonable or do you think she will be okay? We really don’t have any other options. 😫

15 hours is quite long, personally. I used to work at a doggy daycare though and we offered boarding. We had someone on site 24/7, and the third shift person would usually take anxious dogs to bed with them so they weren't alone.

Wait, she doesn't ever go potty outside? Ever?

Nope. It’s just one of sacrifices you make when getting a rescue. When we first got her she was TERRIFIED of being outside. To the point of shaking.
Now she’s willing to go outside but refuses to go potty. She has gone on artificial grass so we think the day where she goes outside may be coming

That's definitely not a generally true statement about rescue dogs. I know a ton of people who have rescues, including me; none of them have issues going to the bathroom outside. Are you working with a behaviorist?

Your dog sounds similar to ours with fear aggression towards people. We've had him for 2.5 years and he's been slowly getting better with training and consistency. Is it possible for you to find a local dog sitter now who you could work with in the time before your wedding having them come over for short amounts of time while you are home to get your dog used to them? That would probably be what I would do in your shoes.

So we found a place that boards that is open on Sunday that has amazing reviews so I will be talking to them today hopefully and seeing if they have room for her the day of the wedding. Thank you all for your input, I really appreciate it!
We had talked to our vet and while we could drop her off Saturday morning, we wouldn’t be able to get her until Monday (despite what their website said) so that won’t work.

I would still hire someone to come by and at least give her the option to interact or go outside
